On the 23rd of January 2014 Navis Crew Management representatives namely General Manager and Quality Manager visited Dulam International Limited office in Dubai. The mutual intention for cooperation were mentioned and agreed. Established in 1971 in Dubai as a diving services company, Dulam have made rapid strides over the past three decades to become a leading provider of subsea solutions to the offshore industry.

Dulam principally engaged in subsea intervention and engineering services in support of the Construction and IRM activities for offshore structures including pipelines, flow lines, cables, fixed platforms, drilling rigs, SBM and FPSO systems. Dulam aims to provide their clients with quality platforms to provide its services. The company operates the Dulam Responder which is a 4 point mooring vessel and DP Vessels - The Providence, The Odyssey and Oceanic Installer.

On the 23rd of January 2014 Navis Crew Management representatives namely General Manager and Quality Manager visited NPCC office in Abu Dhabi National Petroleum Construction Company. The possible prospects for cooperation were mentioned and hopefully may develop mutual benefits. The NATIONAL PETROLEUM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (NPCC), a Public Joint Stock company, was established in April 1973. The fabrication facilities then were located on Sadiyat Island, 3 km east of Abu Dhabi city. The present facilities are now located at Mussafah, 35 km from Abu Dhabi city. In 1973, NPCC was initially established to provide a facility for the fabrication of steel structures required by the onshore and offshore Oil and Gas production industry. In 1978 NPCC expanded its operation by setting up a custom built pipe coating facility at the yard.       

In 1979, NPCC ventured into offshore activities for the Oil & Gas industry, providing marine spreads for Pipelay, Installation and Hook-up works. Today, NPCC owns a dedicated marine fleet consisting 13 construction barges, capable of transportation of up to 12,000 tons, lifting single structures weighing up to 2,600 tons, laying submarine pipelines up to 60" in diameter and hook-up and maintenance works. In 1986, with the intention of serving onshore projects, NPCC ventured into manufacturing Storage Tanks & Spheres for storing various types of petroleum products such as; liquid sulphur, water, diesel oil, crude oil, liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), etc. The dynamic growth of NPCC since its inception and its achievements over the years, have placed this National Company in a league with major international EPC contractors involved in the development of the Oil and Gas Industry.     

    
In 1992, NPCC expanded its engineering capability for designing onshore & offshore facilities, loading terminals, storage tanks, pressure vessels and pipelines. Presently, NPCC has over 300 dedicated engineering staff to support the ongoing operations. The design team is fully equipped with latest state-of-the-art computers/softwares to meet engineering challenges.           

In 1994, NPCC constructed its new modern facilities at Mussafah, 35 Km away from Abu Dhabi City, over an area of more than a million square meters.The facilities include modern fabrication & pipe coating yards, marine base and load out facility, offices and accommodation buildings. The fabrication yard is capable for fabrication of up to 67,000 tons of steel per year. In 1996, a modern fabrication facility for fabrication of Pressure Vessels was added which is capable of manufacturing 6,000 tons/annum Pressure Vessels of various types in thickness up to 160 millimeter by hot rolling and 100 millimeter by cold rolling, in diameter from 600 millimeter to 6000 millimeter. The products manufactured at this facility are; Pressure Vessels, Slug Catchers, Separators, Columns, Towers, Scrubbers and other related equipment covering Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel Material. The new state-of-the-art Pressure Vessels Manufacturing Facilities are accredited by ASME to use "U", "U2", "S" and "R" Stamps.    
Today, NPCC, as an established global construction company, provides Clients total Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services in the development of offshore and onshore Oil and Gas fields for the Arabian Gulf and the regional markets.

The possible prospects for cooperation were mentioned and agreed. CCC (Underwater Engineering) S.A.L. is a leading provider of offshore construction and subsea services to the Oil & Gas Industry with a wide range of operations in the Middle East and India regions.

ROV services are performed in an efficient and cost effective manner using CCC (UE)’s own ROV’s, which include two work class, three inspection class and one observation class vehicle.

In addition, CCC (UE) has now expanded its line of business to include the installation, repair and maintenance of subsea tie-ins, risers, boat landings, jackets, buoys, terminals, and flexible subsea products including Subsea flexible pipelines and cables utilizing, in the main, its own 83.5 Meter DP2 state of the art vessel, CCC Pioneer. In 2013 two new build 65 meter DP2 vessels were delivered from the ship yard in China. With a capacity to accommodate 70 people, these vessels are an ideal platforms from which to undertaken air diving and ROV operations. CCC (UE) is based in the United Arab Emirates, operating from a large yard facility providing all the support services to its fleet of equipment and marine vessels. The Yard has a jetty on the Mussafah Channel, three hours from the open sea (Arabian Gulf), which also accommodates all the stores, workshop and maintenance facilities.

On the 21st of January 2014 Navis Crew Management representatives namely General Manager and Quality Manager visited ALLIANZ MARINE SERVICES LLC in UAE, Dubai. The possible prospects for cooperation were mentioned and hopefully may develop mutual benefits.
