Seaways International is a well-established Owner of modern Offshore Support Vessels. Seaways International’s fleet comprises of DPS-1 & DPS-2 capability AHT’s, Towage Tugs, Barges and Crew Boats. Since its inception in 1995, Seaways International has successfully carved a niche for itself in the field of FPSO / SBM / Drill Rig support, Sub-Sea Construction support, Static / Ocean Towages and Port / Terminal handling.

The company was formed in 2000, Halul Offshore Service Co. W.L.L,a 50:50 joint ventuer between Qatar shipping and Qatar navigation (now wholly owned subsidiary of Qatar Navigation), is the Qatar's largest provider of Offshore support services.

West African Ventures (WAV), established in 2000, is a 100% Nigerian company and a leading indigenous provider of offshore engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and vessel charter services. With corporate headquarters in Lagos, marine support base & shipyard in Warri, dry-dock and fabrication facilities in Onne Oil & Gas free zone, WAV continues to provide excellent offshore support services to the Nigerian oil and gas sector.

 

WAV maintains a new and flexible fleet of DP-3 offshore construction vessels. All DP-3 vessels are based on a hybrid design configuration that typically combines the following characteristics: large flexible unobstructed decks – ability to install rigid pipe, flexible pipe or both – high capacity cranes, ranging from 270 to 1,800 tonnes, a number of which have deepwater capability and heave compensated systems – large accommodation capacity of between 296 and 469 persons – dynamic positioning Class 3.

 

Due to the versatility of this fleet WAV has the ability to offer the following range of services: SURF, Pipelay, Accommodation, Heavy Lift and Decommissioning. Through its engineering and operational capabilities in Nigeria, WAV can offer above services on a turnkey EPIC contract basis. WAV also owns and operates a large and diversified fleet of marine support services vessels in West Africa that provides support to the oil and gas industry in the area. This fleet comprises 46 vessels varying from AHT / AHTS vessels, construction / accommodation barges, offshore cargo barges and marine support vessels.
