Crew Development
Seafarer is checked for general compliance, i.e. human interrelations, ability to work in team, aptitude to adjustment, attitude to working environment, settling working priorities.

Conducting of training upon the following:
General provisions of ISM Code, Shipowner's policy, Safety Management System and other Shipowner's requirements;

Pre-Briefing
Arranging pre-briefing meeting prior departure in order to explain all details of crew member's duties and responsibilities, Drug and Alcohol policy, Smoking Policy, Health, Quality and Environmental Protection Policy and Sanctions, ensure the crew familiarization with the labour rules on board. Crew Instruction on the compulsory execution of Shipowner's orders and his authorized representatives.
Signing the Contract
Signing the contract with the seafarer for and on behalf of the Shipowner.
